Rivers Shorty of The KARS Group/The KARS Institute. She will present “Crafting Proposals That Work: “Building Relationships Through The Art of The Ask” at First Bap- tist Church, 500 N. Florida Telecommunications Relay, Inc. (FTRI), a non-profit distributor of amplified telephones for people with hearing loss and speech challenges, just launched the XLC 3.4, an amplified home phone which is available to local residents for free. The phone boosts incoming sounds up to 50 decibels and the large, easy to use buttons help people with vision loss. Pensacola residents can apply to receive the new phone from the CIL Disability Resource Center, located at 3600 N Pace Blvd, Pensacola FL 32505
