On Sunday, January 24th, PHP Entertainment and sponsors, It’s Personal by Sheila and SNOB Salon and Spa, featured local and national artists in their latest edition of Poetry Bistro. Poetry Bistro is a mix of spoken word, music, food, fun, and lots of laughter. As host, and the man behind PHP Entertainment, Patrick Hudson wears many hats and collaborates with others to make sure the event is a great evening of entertainment. When it comes to his team, Hudson has nothing but praise and thanks for Tru’ Soul, LLC., Vernon Nora, and All Access Events JD Denis and Chris Wooten.
On Sunday, Jackie Clowe, multitalented local songstress, performed and her brother, Sebastian Clowe, provided accompaniment. Poets and a psalmist at this monthly event represented the cities of Tallahassee, Panama City, and Pensacola. Caliko the Poet, a Chicago native, entertained the audience with his spoken word and helped to make birthday celebrant Santiria Bradley’s day more special when he pulled her onstage to be part of his set.
PHP Entertainment has more events on the horizon. On Saturday, February 20th they return to It’s Personal by Sheila with Poetry Bistro and new artists. On Sunday, February 21st they will be at Five Sisters for their monthly Sunday Social. Please like PHP Entertainment’s Poetry Bistro and Sunday Social Facebook pages for more details.
